The highly anticipated showdown between Bulgarian boxers Pali Hari and Vaclav Mikulasek at Clash 15 was expected to be intense and exciting. However, it ended prematurely as it recreated the classic ear biting incident between Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield.

Specifically, during a hand-to-hand fight, Pali Hari took the opportunity to bite Mikulasek’s ear. This action immediately resulted in Pali Hari’s disqualification and Mikulasek’s victory declared by the referee.

But the chaos was not over yet. The tension spread to the public. Upon leaving the cage, Pali Hari became the target of the ire of some fans unhappy with the result.

The situation then turned into a brutal fight. Security forces had to intervene, and Pali Hari was saved by running backstage.

Mikulasek was later taken to the hospital, where he received 15 stitches. On Facebook after the fight, the fighter wrote: “Hello everyone. I’m perfectly fine. I have about 15 stitches, a hole the size of a cow’s ear; they bit my ear and tore it. Thank you so much to everyone who helped me. Thank you for your support, I am very grateful.”
