Monta and Ansis Klintsons Balance TV Production Work and New Book Releases
Monta Klintsone drives cast members for the television show Almost perfect dinner while working for a TV production company, realizing a long-held personal goal. “Actually, my dream to work as a taxi driver has also partially come true,” Monta said. “It is even better than I expected! Because I drive celebrities!” She highlighted a memorable encounter with financier Ilze Auzere during production.
The new schedule leaves less shared free time for Monta and her husband, Ansis Klintsons, though both continue managing independent writing projects. The couple recently published their second collaborative book, Poop Stories 2 (Poop Stories 2), featuring user-submitted humorous and delicate life situations. Monta stated that this volume concludes the series, while Ansis suggested another installment might still happen.
Literary Projects and 18 Years of Marriage
Ansis recently released a solo book titled 30 days in the clear (30 Days Sober), focusing on abstaining from alcohol. Meanwhile, Monta is drafting a crime novel derived from a dream plotline. She woke up and recounted the narrative to Ansis, who recorded it on his phone.
The couple also plans to release another joint book, Graveyard stories (Grave Stories), compiling humorous reader-submitted anecdotes on the topic. The Klintsons celebrated their 18th wedding anniversary this year. “They say the first 20 years are the hardest,” Ansis joked. “After that, you get used to it.”
