Frost Bank Hiring for Mortgage Processor II in San Antonio, TX

Frost Bank is currently seeking a Mortgage Processor II to join its team in San Antonio, Texas. This role focuses on facilitating the mortgage origination process, requiring strong organizational skills, customer service abilities, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage large and complex mortgage loans from application through preparation, ensuring quality service throughout the process.
• Maintain communication with borrowers, title companies, and lending teams to collect documentation and prepare complete loan files for underwriting and closing.
• Address processing issues and obtain clarifications to ensure loan files are fully documented.
• Act as a liaison between clients, underwriters, and internal staff to facilitate effective communication.
• Assist in training new Mortgage Processor I team members.

Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of two years of real estate processing experience is required.
• Skills:
  • Strong customer service and pipeline management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic mortgage lending regulatory guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Empower LOS or Blend applications.
• Experience with Desktop Underwriting (DU) or AUS.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Real estate title work experience.
• Knowledge of legal documents related to consumer real estate.
