Nevada Women’s Basketball Faces Colorado State in Mountain West Clash
FORT COLLINS, Colo. – The Nevada Women’s Basketball team (8-17, 4-11 MW) will travel to Fort Collins to face Colorado State (19-7, 10-5 MW) on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. PT/6:30 p.m. MT at Moby Arena.

Despite the defeat, Nevada showcased strong performance from the free-throw line, going a perfect 10-for-10, marking their highest percentage of the season. A late rally in the fourth quarter saw the Pack outscore the Aztecs 29-9. Makayla Carter and Maia Rosarion led all players in scoring with 14 points each, shooting 6-for-8 from the floor. Colorado State’s Momentum
Colorado State enters the contest after a decisive 66-46 victory over Novel Mexico. The Rams controlled the game, outscoring the Lobos in three of the four quarters and limiting them to just four points in the third quarter. Colorado State demonstrated impressive shooting from beyond the arc, connecting on 50 percent of their three-point attempts although holding New Mexico to 10 percent. Kloe Froebe led all players with 19 points and eight rebounds, while Lexus Bargesser added 13 points and seven rebounds. Brooke Carlson and Hannah Ronsiek also scored in double figures, with 12 and 11 points, respectively.
