Second Transplant Appeal for Nicole Gains Presidential Attention

As Nicole’s health deteriorates, a second heart transplant has emerged as her only viable path to survival. However, repeated evaluations by medical commissions have resulted in denials, citing her significantly compromised clinical condition. Nicole, supported by legal counsel Matteo Tofanelli and Andrea Charetta, has appealed directly to the President of the Republic for intervention.

The general Secretariat of the Presidency has acknowledged the appeal and forwarded the case to the Ministry of Health,the regional governments of Marche and Umbria,and the prefecture of Ancona for review. Following this, a formal request for reconsideration was submitted to both Ancona Hospital and the National Transplantation Center.
