Order of 18 November 2025 of the Court of Macerata in the criminal proceedings against MF. Confiscation – Narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances – Destination of assets seized or confiscated following anti-drug operations – Assignment, upon request, of the administration to which they belong to the bodies that have used them pursuant to paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of the art. 100 of Presidential Decree 309 of 1990 – Possibility of assignment also to associations, communities or bodies that deal with the rehabilitation of drug addicts – Failure to provide for the possibility of assignment, upon request, also to police bodies that have not previously had the same goods in use and that request them for use in anti-drug police activities. – Decree of the President of the Republic 9 October 1990, n. 309 (Consolidated law on the regulation of narcotics and psychotropic substances, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of related states of drug addiction), art. 100.
