Paramount+ has greenlit a four-episode docuseries that provides an inside look at the Texas Tech Red Raiders football program. According to the official logline, the series follows Head Coach Joey McGuire as he establishes a new team identity during a demanding offseason. The production, which began in January 2026, is expected to release before this year’s college football season.

The series is produced by Skydance Sports and Second Wind Creative, with Micah Brown serving as director and showrunner. Greg Groggel, SVP Unscripted at Skydance Sports, stated that the series offers an “unprecedented window” into the current state of college football. Kirby Horcutt, Director of Athletics at Texas Tech University, noted that the project provides the “Red Raider Nation” rare access to the people and passion defining the program.

Who is joining ‘Big Brother: Unlocked’ for Season 2?

Jerry O’Connell is joining the second season of “Big Brother: Unlocked” as a celebrity panelist. O’Connell will appear alongside Season 16 winner Derrick Levasseur and Season 24 winner Taylor Hale. The series serves as a companion to the main “Big Brother” competition, which premieres its 28th season on Thursday, July 9.

“Big Brother: Unlocked” premieres Friday, July 10, on CBS and Paramount+. The second season will feature bonus episodes analyzing gameplay and a new interactive fan vote. According to an official statement, the season also introduces a live studio audience experience that will continue throughout the summer.
