Sejong City Prioritizes Farmer Safety with Targeted Education and Campaigns
Sejong, South Korea – March 23, 2026 – The Sejong Special Self-Governing City Agricultural Technology Center is actively promoting farmer safety through comprehensive education programs and the nationwide Safety 365 campaign. On March 23rd, the Agricultural Technology Center conducted a safety training session for approximately 40 members of the Life Improvement Association. The training covered critical areas including understanding the causes of agricultural work-related accidents, preventative measures for agricultural machinery incidents, guidance on the Severe Accident Punishment Act as it applies to the agricultural sector, and exercises designed to prevent musculoskeletal disorders.
