“A severe weather incident caused a failure of an outdoor tent” during the service, the church stated in a Facebook post. Pastor Troy Keaton described the moment the tent collapsed: “I had just walked to the stage to release congregants to their cars when a burst of wind picked up the tent.”

Keaton expressed grief over the loss, calling the deceased “one of our dear brothers.” The church requested prayers and patience, stating, “We are trusting in the Lord for his care, strength, and help.” No further details about the victim’s identity or the injured were provided at the time of the report.
