Guests are invited to attend a color guard presentation at the Naples monument at noon, with the meal service immediately following at the facility.

Community Support for Local Veterans
New Rotarian Charlotte Kelly is leading the effort, which is part of a broader expansion of veterans’ programming within the club. Rotary Club President Rick Whelchel noted that the club recently helped fund two guardians for a Maine Honor Flight and intends to host the flight’s director and guardians at a future meeting. Kelly, who has served as a Maine Honor Flight Guardian and is a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 155, described her passion for serving veterans as a primary focus of her work. CrossWalk Community Outreach, which was founded in 2009, has provided services to the Lake Region for over 15 years, according to the Rotary Club of Bridgton-Lake Region. The organization’s new facility serves as a hub for various community needs, including addiction recovery, mental health support, homelessness assistance, and help applying for public benefits. Beyond its veterans’ initiatives, the center offers laundry and shower facilities, a warming and cooling center, and employment assistance.
