Paraguay Launches “Operativo Invierno 2026” to Support Vulnerable Youth
The Ministry of Children and Adolescents (Minna) in Paraguay has officially inaugurated its “Operativo Invierno 2026”, a national solidarity campaign aimed at providing essential winter clothing to children and adolescents living in vulnerable conditions. Under the campaign slogan #TodosSomosResponsables, the government is calling on citizens and organizations to contribute high-quality garments to help those most exposed to the dropping temperatures.

The Ministry is seeking donations of clean, usable winter items. The primary goal is to ensure that children and teenagers have adequate protection against the cold. The following items are currently being requested:

Donations can be delivered to the Minna central headquarters located at Ayolas 482, almost Oliva, in Asunción. The drop-off center operates from Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 15:00.
