WWE is experiencing sluggish ticket sales for Saturday Night’s Main Event in Montreal, with just 8,871 tickets distributed as of January 23, 2026, according to the Wrestling observer Newsletter. This number is considered low for a major wrestling market like Montreal,and considerably below the Bell Center’s capacity of over 21,000.
Several factors are contributing to the lower demand. Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter notes that scheduling back-to-back WWE events – SmackDown and Saturday Night’s Main Event – in the same city is straining fans’ budgets.
Pricing is also playing a role. ticket prices currently start around $53, which is more in line with All Elite Wrestling (AEW) event pricing than the premium pricing typically associated with WWE Premium Live Events (PLEs). The event’s card has also failed to generate notable excitement. A recent WWE RAW held at the Bell Centre drew over 11,500 fans, demonstrating a clear difference in anticipated attendance between weekly television and this special event.
