Over the years, the city evolved and Phoenix’s drinks scene matured into something undeniably cosmopolitan. In the early days of the cocktail scene, a lack of competition allowed mixologists to tinker instead of fighting for attention. Gradually, these resolute Epicureans cultivated a genuine scene. Soon enough, the national spotlight found the Valley. Now, travelers from all over the country visit to see what we’ve got on offer.
