Blue Ventures, a leading marine conservation organization, is seeking a dynamic Director of Programme Performance to drive data-driven decision-making and impact assessment across our global footprint.

The Role – Director of Programme Performance
As the Director of Programme Performance, you will play a crucial role in leading a team responsible for the design, implementation, and management of MEL systems.
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing culturally relevant and community-centric performance indicators aligned with donor requirements.
- Collaborating with the Data Science and Technical Knowledge teams to design and refine performance indicators, implementing monitoring frameworks, and establishing robust data flows.
- Ensuring the integration of community feedback into the MEL process.
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Using data to inform adaptive management strategies and drive programme improvement.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced leader with:

- A strong background in marine conservation, socioeconomics, and MEL systems.
- Proven experience working with small-scale fishing communities in diverse geographical contexts.
