Prepare for a frightfully fun experience as 19 Crimes, Australia’s leading wine brand, has teamed up with in-house agency Splash to launch “The Possessed Wine Bar” – a two-day pop-up event designed to truly scare (and delight) your senses.

This isn’t your average Halloween haunt. The Shady Lady bar in Fitzroy, Melbourne, will be transformed into a chilling museum of real possessed objects on October 25th and 26th. Guests will be greeted by eerie displays of authentic artifacts, each with a chilling backstory. Dare to enter? You’ll need to sign a waiver, just in case you become possessed yourself!

A Spooktacular Lineup for Wine Lovers

The Possessed Wine Bar celebrates the launch of 19 Crimes’ new limited-edition wines, including a Shiraz and Hard Chard, with eye-catching glow-in-the-dark labels. Expect special deals on 19 Crimes wine, plus three bespoke cocktails concocted just for the event.

But the spooky fun doesn’t stop there. Tarot card readers will be on hand, eerie decorations will set the scene, and themed DJs will keep the vibe alive. Ouija boards on every table ensure the haunting experience permeates every corner of the bar.

“In recent years, Halloween has become more novelty than scary, so we wanted to create a genuinely haunted event with real evil spirits,” says Phil van Bruchem, creative director of Splash TWE. “A bar where the wine (and experience) rewards only the brave.”

To spread the word, Splash has partnered with Pedestrian.TV, lifestyle influencers, and earned media, creating a buzz around the event. Social media content will also play a key role in showcasing the uncanny experience.
