The production is the result of a collaboration between students in Glencoe High School’s film, theater, and music programs. Earlier this year, these students embarked on a project to integrate their diverse talents into a single, cohesive performance. This marks the first time the play will be performed anywhere, making it a truly original work.

“Laila, Maria, and Bruce Get a Life” centers around three young adults as they grapple with the challenges of establishing themselves in a new environment. The play uses both live scenes and pre-recorded film segments,interwoven with original songs,to tell their story.
