Carey showed off voluminous golden curls, parted down the side and cascading over her shoulder. The stunning curls contrasted beautifully with her pristine white coat and matching boots, creating a picture of effortless style.
In photos obtained by TMZ, Carey was spotted holding hands with a mystery man as they enjoyed a stylish meal at Catch Steak, a popular spot in the high-altitude town.
While the nature of their relationship is unclear at this time, the duo appeared to be in good spirits as they strolled through Aspen together.
