The project, which broke ground in May 2025, includes a full renovation of the Dugas Center and a new two-story expansion, aiming to enhance both athletic performance and academic development.

The North Oaks Health System Academic and Athletic Complex will encompass a total of 53,140 square feet, combining the existing 27,890-square-foot Dugas Center with a new 25,250-square-foot expansion [1].
