Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti City: A Fresh Luxury “City Within a City” in Dubai
Mercedes-Benz is extending its reach beyond the automotive world, partnering with Dubai-based luxury real estate developer Binghatti to launch their second collaborative project: Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti City in the United Arab Emirates.1
This expansive development, envisioned as a “city within a city,” draws inspiration from the legacy of Mercedes-Benz design, integrating the brand’s aesthetic into every aspect of the complex.1 Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti City spans nearly 9 million square feet and will comprise more than 13,000 residences.1
Amenities and Design
Beyond residential spaces, the development will feature extensive amenities, including green areas, swimming pools, fitness and sports facilities, a ballroom, an event hall, and a private screening lounge.1 The interior design will reflect Mercedes-Benz’s design philosophy of Sensual Purity, utilizing a black and silver color palette accented with leather and wood to create a sophisticated atmosphere.1
“Residences are crafted to elevate the everyday experience through precise detailing and advanced technology integration,” according to the design team.1
Twelve Towers Inspired by Iconic Models
The development consists of 12 towers, each named after a Mercedes-Benz concept car that embodies the brand’s design principles.1 These include the Mercedes-Benz Vision One-Eleven, Vision Mercedes Simplex, Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6, and Vision AVTR. The central, most prominent building is named Vision Iconic.1
A Shared Vision for Urban Living

This project marks the second residential collaboration between Mercedes-Benz and Binghatti.2 The development is located in the Meidan area of Dubai.1
