Apple Accelerates U.S. Manufacturing with Mac Mini Production in Houston

Apple announced on Tuesday a significant expansion of its manufacturing operations in the United States, bringing the production of the Mac mini to Houston, Texas, later this year. This move marks the first time the Mac mini will be assembled in the U.S., and accompanies expanded production of AI servers and the opening of a new training center focused on advanced manufacturing skills.

Expanding Houston Operations

The expansion will double the footprint of Apple’s Houston manufacturing site, with the Mac mini being produced in a new facility.
