The session aims to provide participants with foundational knowledge in personal branding, content strategy and audience engagement.
Expert Insights to Guide Future Influencers
The first lesson will feature Eva Onzule, a representative from the social media marketing agency CLICK CLICK; Marta Mackeviča, Executive Director and Strategic Consultant at Miltton Latvia; and content creator Edgars Fresh. The session will focus on the practical aspects of building a successful online presence.
Building a Personal Brand
Eva Onzule will share insights into successful content creation from an agency perspective, analyzing the planning and execution of social media campaigns. She will emphasize the importance of data analytics, targeting, and understanding social network algorithms to achieve optimal results.1
Influencer Selection from an Agency Perspective
Marta Mackeviča will reveal the principles of influencer selection from the viewpoint of a communication and public relations agency. Key criteria such as reputation, audience type, and relevance to brand strategy will be discussed, alongside potential risks related to reputation and communication. She will also share examples of successful, long-term collaborations.1

Edgars Fresh will share his experience in the content creation process, from initial idea generation and format selection to publishing content across various platforms. He will focus on creating high-quality content and maximizing views through technical applications and established principles.1
