Registration Details
The national registration process will begin in January 2026. Required Documents
- Adults: Official identification with a photograph, CURP (Unique Population Registry Code), and proof of address.

Receiving Your Credential
After registration, you will receive a notification via SMS or phone call approximately six weeks later to collect your printed credential at the assigned module.
Benefits of the Universal Health Service Credential
