Munich/Cologne, March 12, 2026 – The Nemetschek Group, a leading software provider for the architecture, engineering, construction, and operations (AEC/O) industries, will exhibit at digitalBAU 2026 in Cologne from March 24 to 26, 2026, with a central focus on artificial intelligence (AI). A key trend at digitalBAU 2026 is the integration of AI into real-world project workflows. The Nemetschek Group is advancing its AI Strategy 2026, prioritizing agent-based AI systems, intelligent automation, and product-specific AI functionalities for architecture, design, construction, and operations. The Nemetschek AI Assistant, rolled out across all brands since 2025, provides AI-powered assistance to optimize workflows and deliver intelligent, context-sensitive features.

  • Maxon: Expansion of its portfolio with Redshift for Vectorworks and new ArchViz Tools, offering powerful visualization workflows tailored to architecture and design projects.
  • NEVARIS: Demonstrations of a fully integrated IFC workflow supporting informed project decisions, and the introduction of NEVARIS Connect – a cloud-based self-service solution for standardized data integration. 123erfasst will introduce a new Calculation module for managing quotes, orders, and invoices within the app.
  • Solibri: New features for model-based quality management and rule checking.
