Venice Cinemas Offer €4 Tuesdays with Diverse Film Lineup

Venice and its province will once again participate in the “Tuesdays at the Cinema” initiative on March 17th, offering moviegoers the chance to see films for just €4. This project, promoted by the Veneto Region in collaboration with the Italian Federation of Arthouse Cinema (Fice) of the Tre Venezie and the Tri-Venetian Interregional Union Agis, aims to make cinema more accessible.

Screenings in Venice

The Giorgione Multiplex will showcase double screenings of Richard Linklater’s “Nouvelle Vague” (France, 2025) at 4:20 PM and 9:15 PM (original version with subtitles). A 6:30 PM screening of Vuk Rsumovic’s “The Silence of the Gods” (Serbia, Italy, Croatia, 2025), also in the original version with subtitles, will also be shown.

The Rossini Multiplex will feature Josh Safdie’s “Marty Supreme” (USA, 2025) at 5:30 PM, with a subtitled original version screening at 8:30 PM.

At the Astra Multiplex in Venice Lido, Emerald Fennell’s adaptation of “Wuthering Heights” (USA, Great Britain, 2026) will be screened at 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM (original version with subtitles).

Films Scheduled in Mestre

Cinema Dante in Mestre will screen Paolo Sorrentino’s “La Grazie” (Italy, 2025) at 5:00 PM and 8:30 PM.

The IMG Candiani Multiplex offers a selection of three films. “Hamnet – In the Name of the Son” (USA, 2025) by Chloé Zhao will be shown at 4:45 PM, 7:15 PM, and 9:35 PM. “We Will Perform as Adults” (Italy, 2026) by Antonio Albanese will screen at 4:45 PM, 7:30 PM, and 9:20 PM. “Marty Supreme” (USA, 2025) by Josh Safdie will also be available at 4:45 PM (and 7:40 PM in the original subtitled version).

The IMG Palazzo multiplex will reveal Joachim Trier’s “Sentimental Value” (Denmark, France, Sweden, 2025) at 4:45 PM, 7:15 PM, and 9:35 PM.

Screenings in the Metropolitan Area

At the Cinema Oratorio in Robegano, Valerio Jalongo’s documentary “Wider Than the Sky – Larger than the sky” (Italy, Switzerland, 2025) will be screened at 8:30 PM.

Cinema Italia in Dolo will show “Lavoreremo da grandi” (Italy, 2026) by Antonio Albanese at 6:30 PM, followed by “La Grazie” (Italy, 2025) by Paolo Sorrentino at 9:00 PM.

The Cinema Teatro of Mirano will screen “Tutto che reman di te” (Cyprus, Germany, Greece, Jordan, 2025) by Cherien Dabis at 7:30 PM.
