Since joining Brentford last summer, the 27-year-vintage Republic of Ireland international has become a key player, featuring in 29 of the Bees’ 30 Premier League matches. “His next move is going to be back to Liverpool or another top club, because I genuinely don’t see a weakness in his game or even his mentality…,” Doyle stated. “But if he keeps playing like this, he could be on his move again in the near future.”

Doyle emphasized the importance of having a goalkeeper a club can “100% rely on,” a quality Kelleher has now demonstrated consistently at Brentford.
