Job Description

The communications intern will work within the MIFC team, reporting to management, and will contribute to increasing the market’s visibility. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the development of the communication plan.
  • Formatting newsletters using Brevo or Mailchimp.
  • Creating content for social media platforms.
  • Managing the MIFC’s Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.
  • Promoting market photo and video archives.
  • Monitoring current events in the heritage cinema sector and contributing to the MIFC professional community.
  • Taking photos of events and assisting the communication team during the festival.

Profile Sought

The ideal candidate will be a student in communication and/or marketing (Master’s level) with a strong understanding of social media, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn. Essential qualities include autonomy, organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit. An interest in cinema and cultural events is also required. Knowledge of video editing or visual content creation is considered a plus.
