Mysterious posters appearing across Paris, featuring lyrics from some of her most iconic songs, and a cryptic Instagram post have ignited speculation that Céline Dion is preparing for a return to the stage.
On Monday, posters displaying lyrics and song titles including “My Heart Will Proceed On,” “Power of Love,” and “Pour que tu m’aimes encore” in black cursive writing began appearing throughout the French capital, sparking excitement among fans online.12
“SHE’S COMING BACK,” one fan enthusiastically posted on X.1
Adding to the anticipation, Dion shared a series of photos of herself in Paris throughout the years on her Instagram account, accompanied by the message “Je ne sais pas comment te dire…” (I don’t know how to tell you…).3
Rumors of a Paris Residency
Reports from Montreal-based publication La Presse and Variety suggest that Dion is planning a return to the stage this fall with a series of shows at Paris La Défense Arena, potentially performing two events per week.45
As of today, March 24, 2026, representatives for Dion have not officially confirmed these reports to CBC News.
A Return Following Health Challenges
Dion has been largely absent from performing while battling stiff-person syndrome, a rare neurological disorder that causes muscle rigidity and spasms.6 She postponed and ultimately cancelled her Courage tour in 2023 due to the condition, but vowed to sing again in a 2024 interview with CBC News.
Dion made a triumphant return to the stage at the opening ceremonies of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris and later performed at the Elie Saab Fashion Show in Saudi Arabia.7
