The system is structured into four progressive levels. This ensures that players build a foundation of isometric control before advancing to “transfer” situations—the moments where strength meets the chaos of contact. The development of the manual was a long-term project. While the actual writing process took approximately six months, it was the culmination of years of data collection, exercise testing, and daily application in high-performance environments.
