Sony Unveils Innovative Media Ecosystem at IBC 2025

Sony’s professional Solutions Division will demonstrate its next-generation technology ecosystem for the media industry at IBC 2025, held in Amsterdam, Netherlands from September 12 to 15.

Under the theme of ‘Creativity Connected,’ Sony will present an integrated ecosystem of hardware and software powered by the latest cloud, artificial intelligence (AI), and IP technology.

Sony will showcase how to maximize hardware performance – including camcorders, cameras, switchers, and storage – with software and cloud solutions. The company will highlight blueprints that revolutionize workflows across news, live production, and film production.

IBC 2025 will feature solutions ranging from content authenticity technology to a vision for software-defined broadcasting and lasting practices.

As AI-generated content becomes more prevalent, verifying media sources and ensuring reliability is a critical industry challenge.
