Daily schedule (6.5 hours, 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM):

Core Technique: Daily classes in both Classical Ballet and Contemporary Dance form the foundation of the program.
Weekly Exploration: A diverse range of weekly sessions including Improvisation, Composition, Rehearsals, Acting for Dancers, Psycho-emotional Coaching, Pilates, Gyrokinesis, Yoga, Somatic Practices, Pointe work (where applicable), and Conditioning.
Monthly Intensives: Benefit from specialized Workshops, master Classes led by internationally renowned guest artists, and in-house Residency programs designed to stimulate creativity and collaboration. Thes residencies mirror the collaborative nature of many modern dance companies, like Nederlands Dans Theater, preparing students for real-world scenarios.
