I – Webinar Coordination & Management

This position will be central to the triumphant execution of our webinar program, a key component of our outreach and professional development initiatives. Responsibilities include:

Webinar Production: Managing the entire webinar lifecycle, from selecting appropriate distribution platforms to ensuring seamless technical operation. This encompasses pre-event preparation, including the compilation and distribution of relevant materials to attendees. Participant Management: Maintaining accurate registration records, proactively sending reminder communications to maximize attendance, and compiling detailed attendance reports.
Digital Promotion: Driving webinar visibility through strategic promotion on our digital platforms, ensuring broad reach within the urban infrastructure community.
Prioritization & Collaboration: Effectively managing webinar waiting lists in close collaboration with project managers, ensuring equitable access to valuable learning opportunities.

II – Training Program Administration

beyond webinars, this role supports a thorough suite of training programs designed to upskill professionals in the urban infrastructure sector. Key duties include:

Online Training Publication: Ensuring training courses are prominently featured on our website and partner platforms, maximizing accessibility for potential participants.
Registration & Enrollment: Overseeing the entire registration process, from initial application to final enrollment confirmation.
Credential Management: Efficiently processing participant requests related to training records, certificates, and official documentation, maintaining meticulous accuracy.
Logistics & Distribution: Coordinating the timely delivery of training materials via postal mail.

Training Coordination Support (As Needed)

Pre-Training Support: Assisting with registration inquiries, fostering strong relationships with trainers, and ensuring all relevant training information is readily available.
