Alice Fritz, a resident of State College, Pennsylvania, passed away recently.She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.Services to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at the David Myers Funeral Home in Newport, PA. Alice is survived by her son, L.Lumpkin, and his husband, Jerome, of State College. She is also remembered by her grandchildren,Robert M. Lumpkin and his partner, Sydney Palsgrove, of columbus, Ohio, and Brianna E. Lumpkin of State College. Her sisters-in-law, Marge Crum of Mechanicsburg and patti sheriff of New Cumberland, West Virginia, also mourn her loss, along with numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Gerald L. Fritz, her brother, Glenn Crum, and her sister, Helen Fultz. A funeral service will be held at the David Myers Funeral Home in Newport on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 11:00 AM, with Reverend Elaine moyer officiating. A viewing will take place prior to the service, from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Following the service, Alice will be laid to rest in the Buffalo Cemetery in Ickesburg, Pennsylvania.
