Defense Presents Unified Front in Kosovo Liberation Army Trial

Attorney Arbër Jashari concluded that the initial evidence presented by the defense in the trial against a former leader of the Kosovo liberation Army (UCK) before the special court was consistent and unanimous, characterizing it as a accomplished defense strategy.

“The statements of the witnesses align,indicating a connection between them. I have not observed any contradictions thus far. All three statements concur and address two key events: the Rambouillet conference and the UCK demilitarization process,” Jashari stated on the “60 Minutes” program on KTV.
