A speedy-thinking avalanche dog rescued a hiker buried in the snow in Austria’s Tyrol region. It happened on January 26th, 2024, near the town of St. Anton am Arlberg. the hiker, a 32-year-old German man, was off-piste skiing when the avalanche struck. He didn’t stand a chance against the sheer force of the snow.
