TALLINN, Estonia – Latvian Defense Minister Andris Sprūds will travel to Tallinn, Estonia, this Thursday for a two-day meeting of the Baltic Defense Ministers’ Committee. The visit, announced by the Latvian Defense Ministry, underscores the ongoing commitment to strengthening regional security and fostering deeper military cooperation among the Baltic states.

The primary focus of the meeting will be coordinating joint strategies to enhance regional security in light of evolving geopolitical challenges. Ministers will engage in focused discussions on current security concerns and outline concrete steps to improve the combat capabilities of each nation.
