This complete course provides a foundation for individuals with little to no prior swimming experience. We focus on building essential swimming skills in a safe and supportive environment. Participants will learn crucial water safety techniques and how to assist themselves and others during aquatic emergencies.

throughout this course, instructors will guide you through the following skills:

  • Floating: Develop buoyancy and relaxation in the water.
  • Breath Control: Master techniques for efficient and safe breathing while swimming.
  • Kicking: Learn proper kicking form for propulsion and stability.
  • Front crawl: Develop the essential freestyle stroke.
  • Backstroke: Learn the backstroke technique for efficient swimming on your back.
  • Breaststroke: Introduce the breaststroke, a popular and effective swimming style.
  • Deep Water Comfort: Gain confidence and comfort in the deep end of the recreational pool (5 feet).
  • Treading Water: Maintain a vertical position in the water without swimming.

All classes are held in our dedicated Recreational Pool, designed for learning and practice.

Prerequisites: None. This course is designed for absolute beginners.
