The 2026 big 12 gymnastics schedule features all seven teams – Arizona, Arizona State, BYU, iowa State, Utah, west virginia, and affiliate member Denver – competing in six meets over seven weeks. each team will participate in three home-and-away dual meets against a league opponent. The conference schedule begins on January 23 and concludes on March 6.

The team(s) with the most wins at the end of league competition will be awarded the Big 12 regular-season title. All seven teams will compete at the 2026 Big 12 Gymnastics Championship Presented by Allstate on March 21, 2026, held for the second consecutive year at the maverik Center in West valley City, Utah.

Utah claimed both the inaugural regular-season trophy and the championship title during the 2025 season.

Last season saw all seven teams represented at the National Collegiate Women’s Gymnastics Championships, with six teams earning bids. Utah advanced to the national championship meet, marking their fifth-consecutive “Four on the Floor” appearance.

TV designations will be announced at a later date, and all dates are subject to change.
