When large Bitcoin holders (often called “whales”) make moves, investors pay close attention. these investors were early adopters of Bitcoin and now hold significant amounts. Recently, a whale’s activity has caused concern among some investors.

More remarkably, the whale used the profits from the Bitcoin sale to open leveraged positions in Ethereum. Lookonchain data shows the whale opened positions with leverage ranging from three to ten times the investment.

Ethereum, which has historically underperformed Bitcoin, has recently seen significant price gains. the whale’s purchase suggests they believe Ethereum has even greater potential for growth as the second most important cryptocurrency.
