Track Repairs and Schedule Adjustments
Shortly after the qualifying session, MotoGP Sports Entertainment Group (MSEG) announced a suspension of the program due to the discovery of a hole on the main straight. The issue was attributed to heavy rains throughout the week, which caused delays in Friday’s free practice.
Repairs were quickly undertaken, and MotoGP confirmed that the Sprint race would proceed with an approximate 20-minute delay. The Moto2 and Moto3 qualifying sessions were postponed until further notice. The updated schedule is as follows:
- MotoGP Sprint Race: 4:20 PM (local time)
- Moto3 Classification: 5:10 PM (local time)
- Moto2 Classification: 9:40 AM (Sunday, local time)
