The writer Carmen Riera has been appointed today president of the Spanish Center for Reprographic Rights (CEDAR), after the entity held its General Assembly of Members this morning, which has elected its new Board of Directors.
Thus, Riera, who already held the presidency between 2015 and 2019, replaces editor Daniel Fernández (Edhasa Publishing House) and will hold this position for the next four years.
