Rome, October 8, 2025 – The tenor from Vicenza, Alessandro Lora, returns as a protagonist to New York. Following his triumph in 2024,he will receive the prestigious Caruso Tribute Prize for the second time,an international award created by Dante Mariti and produced by Melos International in homage to the legend of Enrico Caruso (1873-1921).

Acclaimed as one of the performers closest to the legacy of the great Neapolitan tenor,Lora was recognized for his powerful and passionate voice, capable of blending lyrical and crossover styles into a universal language. Critics and the public have already celebrated him at major international events: from the concert with the new York City Opera at Bryant Park (2023), to the recital at the Ariston Theater in Sanremo (2023), and the Caruso Prize 2024 awarded to the Italian Cultural Institute of New York.

This year, Lora will be central to the fifth edition of the Award, taking place from October 12 to 14 on the occasion of Columbus Day, with a tribute concert in the Basilica of St. Patrick’s old Cathedral alongside soprano Chiara Cremaschi, pianist Alessandro Marini, and Spanish singer Amalia, dedicated to the Italian bel canto repertoire (October 12); participation in the famous columbus Day Parade on Fifth Avenue (October 13); and the final gala at the Italian American Museum in New York, during which alessandro Lora will receive the caruso Award 2025 (October 14).
