JW Holdings subsidiary JW Shinyak is expanding into the hair care cosmetics market. While focusing on the field of hair loss treatment, the company is expanding its business to help prevent and manage hair loss in everyday life.

According to JW Shinyak on the 18th, the company is in charge of domestic distribution and sales of hair care cosmetics from French pharmaceutical company Pierre fabre. pierre Fabre is considered a leading company in the ‘Dermacosmetics’ market and owns about 10 brands, including ‘Ducray’ and ‘Avène’. Dermacosmetics is a compound word of the English words ‘dermatology’, meaning skin science, and ‘cosmetics’, and refers to cosmetics exclusively for use in pharmacies or cosmetics made by skin experts. the company explained that consumer trust is high because research and progress and clinical trials are conducted at a similar level to pharmaceutical products.

JW Shinyak, which signed an exclusive sales contract with Pierre Fabre in December 2003, introduced derma cosmetic hair care products in January of the following year. An official from JW Shinyak explained, “Technology that meets the standards of medical experts has been applied, including ingredients and formulations.”
