After 15 years captivating audiences on both the big and small screen, Downton Abbey concludes its story with Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale. It’s a fitting end to a beloved series.
Directed by Simon Curtis, who also directed Downton abbey: the New Era, the film follows the Crawley family and their staff as they navigate the 1930s. A public scandal involving Mary (Michelle Dockery) throws Downton into turmoil.
This is the third film in the downton abbey franchise, which began as a TV show in 2010. The series ran for six seasons, concluding in December 2015. It quickly became a global phenomenon.
