NFL Week 4: Picks, Predictions and Odds for Eagles vs. Buccaneers and More

Three undefeated teams remain in the NFC. The eagles and Buccaneers are two of them. While the Eagles are a 3-point favorite, there’s a feeling that Tampa Bay will play inspired defense at home and spring the upset with a late field goal.

Bookies.com: Bet the Eagles to cover vs Buccaneers.

Bill Speros writes: “Tampa Tom makes his homecoming inside the FOX booth to add some juice to our NFL Week 4 Best Bets. He’ll call a game featuring 2 undefeated teams that have met in the postseason twice in the past 4 years. The Bucs won both. Tampa Bay and Philly could well meet again this postseason. The Eagles stunned the Rams and those who bet on LA by erasing a 19-point deficit in their 33-27 win Sunday. The Eagles nabbed the 4.5-point cover as Jordan Davis blocked a field goal attempt that would have won it for LA. He grabbed the ball and rumbled 61 yards for the TD.”

Buccaneers 31, Eagles 24

Matt Johnson writes: “The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are expected to get left tackle Tristan Wirfs and wide receiver Chris Godwin back in Week 4. it’s suboptimal timing for the Philadelphia Eagles. Not only can Tampa Bay shut down the run game (84 rushing yards per game and 3.6 yards per carry allowed), but they also have the receiver trio to exploit this Eagles secondary. Jalen Hurts and A.J. Brown will help make this one of the best games on the NFL schedule this week, but Tampa Bay will look like the better team Sunday and come out with the victory.”
