The National Police have arrested in Madrid and Girona eight members of a gang that was allegedly dedicated to illegal breeding and sale of dog puppies coming from Slovakia and Hungary, whom they mistreated and even sacrificed.
In the four entries and search carried out in the facilities used by the organization in Madrid and Catalonia, the agents have managed to rescue more than a hundred dogs, although they have also found bone remains of buried animals, the Directorate reported this Thursday. Police General.

The investigation, carried out by the National Police group specialized in the fight against crimes against the environment, began when an organization dedicated to the Importation of dog puppies from Eastern European countries to sell them in Spain with false documentation.
The agents identified the alleged members of the gang, which was structured in a pyramidal way and had two leaders, whom the agents subjected to close surveillance.
