Elon MuskS Name Surfaces Again in Epstein Files Amidst Visit Discussion
Recent documents have revealed an email exchange between Elon Musk and jeffrey Epstein discussing a potential visit, though it remains unclear if Musk ever traveled to Epstein’s island. The exchange occurred around January 2,2019,with Musk initially stating he would need to return to Los Angeles before offering to fly in on the 1st. Epstein responded that any day between January 1st and 8th would be suitable, suggesting they could be flexible.
This is not the first time Musk’s name has appeared in connection with the convicted sex offender. he was previously mentioned in a batch of documents released in September 2023. Following that release, Musk posted on X (formerly Twitter), stating, “epstein tried to get me to go to his island and I REFUSED.”
The newly released documents add another layer to the scrutiny surrounding Musk’s past associations. While the email exchange details a discussion about a potential visit, it does not confirm whether Musk ultimately went to Little St. James,Epstein’s private island.
Jeffrey Epstein died by suicide in August 2019 while in custody at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan, awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges.
Requests for comment from Elon Musk have not yet been returned.
