“It was also decisive that by continuing most houses and the rapid reorganization of the abandoned location of Sportscheck at the headquarters in Munich, the damage from the landlord was much lower than initially assumed,” explained the insolvency administrator. In the case of bankruptcies, creditors usually go out almost empty – the usual quota for insolvency proceedings is only moving in the single-digit percentage range.
