Foxtail Coffee Co. to Expand in Michigan with New East Lansing Location
Florida-based Foxtail Coffee Co. will soon venture outside west Michigan with its largest Michigan location yet.
The coffee chain is opening in East Lansing in spring 2026, offering a dining and study spot for students near the Michigan State University campus, according to a company news release.
“east Lansing has a great energy, and we’re looking forward to being a part of it,” said Jason Mulder, director of operations for Foxtail Michigan. “We are designing the space to be more than just a coffee shop.It will be a welcoming spot to study, connect and unwind.”
Foxtail Coffee Co. currently operates six Michigan locations throughout west Michigan, with its first opening in 2024. The company also has coffeehouses in Florida, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia and Nevada.
