Fred Rosser to Full-Time Coach Sting’s Son, Steven Borden

Former WWE Superstar Fred Rosser, currently wrestling with New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) as Fred Rosser (formerly Darren Young), is now dedicating his time to coaching Steven Borden, the son of wrestling legend Sting. This development aims to groom Borden for a career in All Elite Wrestling (AEW).

Rosser’s Commitment to Borden’s Development

Rosser revealed his full-time coaching role during an appearance on the Paltrocast with Darren Paltrowitz. “The coaching is pretty full-time with me,” Rosser stated. “I’m working with Sting’s son, Steven Borden, helping to groom him privately and helping him become all that he’s created to be inside of the ring.” Source He emphasized the importance of providing Borden with opportunities to gain experience, noting that Borden is “working hard, doing some dark matches, getting some reps out in front of a crowd.” Source
