Session Information
These weekly gatherings offer a relaxed and informal setting to play. While not structured as formal coaching,a qualified instructor will be present to provide assistance and encouragement as needed.

We strive to create a cozy surroundings for all participants. Please note that while sessions are led with a focus on female empowerment, a male coach may occasionally be present. Participants under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a female guardian during all sessions.We prioritize safety and inclusivity, and encourage everyone to come prepared to enjoy a positive sporting experience.
